Heather is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer working at a large gym in downtown Chicago. She understands that success in fitness lies in finding a workout that is right for you. She specializes in full-body circuit training using free weights, small aparatus, and one's own body weight, as well as swimming and triathlon training.

Evelyn is a nutrition consultant and wellness coach at I Eat Super!, a nutritional consulting firm based in the Detroit metropolitan area.
